What this site is

Maple Fairways, a Mississippi Maple company, provides free golf calculators for friendly games and league fun. By using this site, you accept these terms.

Unofficial, always

Every handicap related output on this site is labelled Unofficial, and that label means exactly what it says. Our course handicap and score differential tools produce unofficial estimates only. They are never official handicaps, they are not issued, endorsed, or verified by any golf association or club, and they must not be used as an official handicap in any competition, record, or qualification. For an official handicap, go through your club or golf association.

Estimates, not guarantees

All results, including Stableford points, skins splits, and altitude projections, are estimates based on the numbers you enter and the formulas and rules of thumb stated beside each tool. The altitude tool uses rules of thumb that are labelled approximate. Real results vary with conditions, equipment, and play. Check important numbers yourself before relying on them.

Friendly games and local rules

The skins pot splitter only does arithmetic on a pot that a group has already agreed on among themselves. Maple Fairways does not organize games, hold money, or settle disputes. Groups are responsible for their own local rules, and for checking that any game they play is allowed where they live.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for your own games, leagues, and trip planning. Do not present any output from this site as an official handicap or an official result.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove tools at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mississippi Maple and Maple Fairways are not liable for any loss arising from use of these estimates.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
